Key Responsibilities: Preparation of Complete Operational & Functional SOP's in coordination with Project team catering to Business needs covering Business, Financial and IT aspects (Who, When, What, & How) to minimize the gaps in process and new process for meeting future challenges. Designing of Customer registration form (CRF) and automating CRF process. Aligning and formulating Service and Product streams with planned operational structure of the project. Deriving Competitive Rates for Corporate and COD with margin to cover our Operational cost. Reviewing Current SOP's for COD Handling, Cash submission, invoicing and Payment and revision if necessary Minimum Qualification and Skill Requirements: • Proficient in MS Excel. • Excellent communication skills. • MBA Finance with 3-4 years of experience.
