Looking candidates for the post of Country Finance Manager based in Karachi, Pakistan

Qualified Chartered Accountant, and a member of ICAP

Responsible for monthly JV and GL postings, alongwith monthly P&L and other reporting requirements

Responsible for preparing and managing company’s annual financial accounts

Candidate will be required to successfully drive the initiatives for timely annual audits of the company books

He/she will be responsible for correct assessment of tax calculations, a task required to be performed almost on a daily basis

Should have command over local tax filing process according to Pakistan’s statutory requirements

He/she needs to thoroughly understand the IFRS/IAS standards, as client global reporting is based on these standards

He/she will actively liaise with KPMG (for accounts and audits) (for tax) on a regular basis.

Will be the finance and accounts focal point for all client customer accounts.

He/she should have excellent verbal and written command over English language, as daily international calls and regular regional reporting is a key requirement.
