Urgently long for smart, energetic & target oriented FLM (Sales/Dealership network) – Rawalpindi with 7-10 years of Business Development Experience

Experienced Business graduates from reputable institutes are requested to kindly share their profiles

Core Responsibilities

• Build and execute an account or territory plan for each assigned account or territory to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
• Support account team members in assigned account territory by providing strategic direction/input and following-up on open items
• Develop and maintain strong field and cross-functional relationships internally to help drive account success
• Maintains contact with assigned customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution and Stile footprint expansion
• Successfully utilize Stile Product refresh program
• Participate in regular one-on-one reviews with NSM to review forecasts, activity performance, training and development requirements

Required Skills And Experience

• Strong sales skills with 5+ years of experience in high-tech, B2B service sales (inside sales experience not required, but is a plus)
• Product and process knowledge
• Highly developed communication skills
• Demonstration & negotiation skills
