Description
To look after the issues related to Cafeteria 1, Cafeteria 2, Cafeteria 3 and all mill’s Canteens.
To prepare menu for all cafeterias.
To arrange refreshment and lunch for meetings, auditors and for visitors.
To make sure that quality of food should be okay, hygienic and according to standard.
To make sure that all canteens & cafeterias should follow standards and hygienic environment.
To ensure that no food is removed from the premises.
To check medical test reports before hiring any canteen staff.
To maintain proper medical test records of all Canteens staff.
To report faults in equipment and request necessary maintenance of premises.
To check and record of all food received quantities of ingredients used and the number of meals produced and served.
