Bachelor / Master degree in Food Sciences from a reputable institute with 3 to 5 years of experience in New Product Development, Research & Product Development etc.
Food Technologist job role is to have a sound knowledge of frozen foods.

Responsibilities:
Generating new product ideas and recipes
Designing processes and machinery for the production of recipes on a large scale
Liaising with marketing staff
Ensuring hygiene food safety standards
Identifying and choosing products from suppliers
Testing and examining samples
