We are looking for Front Desk Officer cum Admin Assistant (Female) for one of our client in Lahore. Industry: Power Equipments Job Role: Administration Reporting To: Admin Manager Required Experience: 2-3 years of experience Package: PKR 25,000-30,000 Location: Lahore Qualification: Must have 1-2 years of working experience in similar job role. Bachelors' degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus. Responsiblities and Requirements: -Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls -Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material -Greeting guests entering organization and direct them to correct destination -Prepare letters and documents as and when required -Schedule appointments -Proficiency in Microsoft Office -Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) -Professional attitude and appearance -Solid written and verbal communication skills -Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Interested candidates send their resumes with subject line reading "273-1B | FDO"
