Description

Looking for Front Desk Officers (receptionist). Location is Karachi, Zamzama. Should be flexible with shifts.

Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests.
Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them.
Keep updated records and files.
Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Performs any other work assigned by the manager.

Requirements:
Proven experience as front desk representative for at least 2 years.
Graduate; additional qualifications will be a plus.
Strong communication and people skills.
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
Proficient in English (oral and written).
Well-groomed, with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills.
Customer service orientation.
Should be available in different shifts.
