Qualification:
MBA from a reputed university.

Experience:
10+ years of managerial experience with minimum 3-5 years as General Manager or similar senior management role in LPG sector.
Oversee daily operations of the business unit.
Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
Establish/upgrade systems to analyze productivity, maximum capacity utilization, Plant availability and set performance targets that will meet revenue, cost and quality goals.
Provide insights to the organization through strategic market analysis, peer ranking and opportunity identification for new and emerging initiatives for optimizing cost of production and mitigating risks providing prospects for growth of the business.
Leads the development and deployment of manufacturing practices focused on quality and continuous improvement.
