Looking for "General Manager Commercial and supply chain" for our client based in Lahore. The purpose of this position is to Manage, direct, control and administer the Commercial & Supply Chain Department reporting to the CEO. Responsible to ensure that Company Product Marketing & Sales (local/export), Procurement, Warehousing, Contracts and Logistics functions are managed cost effectively with value addition, growth and respective Corporate Objectives met. Key Responsibilities:
Manage, direct and administer 27 Personnel in Commercial & Supply Chain Department
Plan marketing and sales of products with appropriate strategies resulting in high growth and turnover to achieve market leader status
Plan value added product procurement from field, develop long term contracts and improve farmer management to international standards
Manage Warehousing & Logistics Operation to support production
15-20 years experience primarily in Marketing/Sales with exposure to Warehousing/Procurement including 8 years in senior management position Experience of product export is an advantage).
