Bahria Town Karachi requires GM Bahria Adventure Land

• Candidate must hold BE (Mechanical or Electrical) degree with relevant experience of at least 12-15 years.
• Must provide strategic and operational leadership for an Adventure Land by directing, and managing the operations division to ensure that guest safety and high levels of customer service are met at all times.
• Responsible for the strategic management of resources and budgets to ensure the project meets all established financial goals.
• Strong technical & operational background, good command over English, knowledge of HSE and exposure of risk assessment relating to amusement parks would be an added advantage.
• Candidate may have expertise over reviewing work orders, scheduling repairs, maintenance and installation of machines and related tasks.
• He would also ensure that the technical team carries out preventative maintenance, and conduct regular site inspections, liaise with all suppliers and manage the spare parts inventory.
