Outfitters is looking for " GM Planning " in our Finance Division. He/She will be responsible for the following

- Finance business for all functions including commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, HR, IT and Finance.
- Responsible for Financial planning of all group companies.
- Developing functional dashboards and reporting mechanisms
- Supporting functional heads by sharing financial and non-financial data to drive performance excellence
- KPI development, monitoring and reporting - dashboards
- Leading the annual budgeting & forecasting process.
- Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvement and automation
- Preparing financial feasibilities – pricing, promotions, store expansion, marketing, promotions, special projects and new investments
- Driving Net Revenue improvement - dilution/ discount monitoring and management
- Post implementation reviews
- Developing and training talent within Finance function
