Our client is one of the most admired names in the multinational pharmaceutical industry. They are looking for 'Head of Compliance' based in Karachi.
QUALIFICATION: LLB (Qualified lawyer) - Mandatory qualification
EXPERIENCE: 7-10 years experience with a corporate enterprise (preferably with a multinational pharmaceutical firm).
JOB SUMMARY:
- Support and answer business needs with compliant proposals
- Process documentations incl. reports/ updates to Head of Compliance – Region
- Implementation and/or review of SOPs & guidelines
- Unified messages/ guidance and recommendations
- Risk assessments/ monitoring
- A thorough investigation of non-compliant activities or behaviour
