Diners are looking for suitable candidates for the position of “Head of E-Commerce” at our Head Office.

Qualification: MBA Or Equivalent Degree in Related field – BCS Preferred.

Experience: 8 to 10 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

To streamline and maintain modernize website concept including updating platform and troubleshooting.
Define and communicate e-store product road map to continually improve the user experience based on ongoing customer research, feedback and performance.
To ensure the availability of products on web portal, products contents and communicate the same with vendors.
Manage email calendar to send out content as well as sale promotion emails.
To oversee customer care, on time product deliveries, refunds and exchanges.
To oversee online warehouse operations, logistics, and availability of portal stock.
To manage Products through their entire Product Life Cycle.
To coordinate with supply chain department for timely availability of Categories.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
