The Head of Human Resources is a strategic national level position of a fast growing and highly ambitions organisation expected to lead the team and create an irresistible organization driven by operational excellence, strategic human resources development, and solid business partnership.

• Lead the CarFirst Operations teams—including our business partners, talent management, and core services functions.
• Lead long-range human resource strategies and practices for the organization to meet specific business objectives, with measurable outcomes.
• Responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation and administration of the company’s human resources strategies, as well as supporting programs, including: succession planning, payroll, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition & management, learning and organizational development, diversity initiatives, performance management, and employee relations programs.
• Champion positive employee relations to shape the community, morale, and culture of CarFirst—with an obsessive focus on building a great place to work.
• Drive recruitment initiatives to source high-caliber candidates, strategically grow the team, and position our employer brand.
• Ensure business processes comply with regulatory and legal requirement to minimize risk to the organization

Key Requirements

• Proven ability to influence, motivate, and lead in a large organization
• Prior experience in human resource and operations at a high-growth organization
• Highly adaptable and thrive in a rapidly changing, complex environment.
• Engaging entrepreneurial spirit blended with excellent analytical skills
• Fluency in Urdu & English are a must; Other languages are a plus
• Advanced degree from a top-ranked institution
• Expected to be an independent, pro-active problem solver

Job Location: CarFirst warehouse and this role will require regular travel to regions and some international travel
