Position: Head of Legal & Company Secretary
Relevant Experience: 8-10 years of experience
Location: Karachi
Skills: Excellent communication skills (oral & written)

Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or a member of a recognized body of corporate/ chartered secretaries; or a lawyer; or a graduate from a recognized university or equivalent, having at least five years’ experience of handling corporate affairs of a listed public company or corporation.
