Our client is a PSX listed large industrial manufacturing firm, based in Karachi. They are looking for 'Head of Legal & Company Secretary'. The position shall report to CEO and will be a member of the management committee.

ELIGIBILITY:
- Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or
- a member of a recognized body of corporate/ chartered secretaries; or
- a lawyer; or
- a graduate from a recognized university or equivalent, having at least five years’ experience of handling corporate affairs of a listed public company or corporation

EXPERIENCE: At least 8-10 years of experience with a PSX listed firm

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal department, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal risks.
