Description
Urgently looking for Head of Operations for a reputable social enterprise based in Karachi.
Major responsibilities shall include overseeing the following departments:
· General Operations
· Claims
· Customer Support
· IT
· Administration
Required Education and Experience:
· 7 to 12 years of experience with an MBA
· Ideal candidates should have experience in the Insurance industry in either clinical or industrial setting
· Experience with automation of processes shall be preferable
Salary package: PKR 200,000 with excellent benefits
