Head of Sales:(Karachi-Islamabad)

Education:
MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
Preferred Certificates:
- CCIE (Preferred) / CCNP (Minimum)
- Huawei Certifications (HCIE / Preferred) / (HCIA Minimum)

Experience:
10 to 12 years of successfully managing sales teams from IT industry.
Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business both in Government & Private sector.
KSAs:
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Strong leadership and team building skills
Salary : 100K -200K
