Our client is one of the major names in the Pharmaceutical industry, based in Lahore. They are looking for 'Head of Trade Marketing'.
The position will report to the CEO.

QUALIFICATION
MBA in any business subject from a university of repute.

EXPERIENCE
12+15 years of pharmaceutical business, trading, distribution, sales & marketing management, people management, and achieving challenging objectives.
National level experience is mandatory.

JOB BRIEF
- Lead Trade Marketing Strategy development to attain defined business objectives.
- Contribute to the organization’s goals and enhance market share.
- Prepare trade promotional plans in designated channels with defined customers.
- Manage and monitor Trade Marketing Investments.
- Develop, supervise, and improve procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to enhance processes linking corporate brand building activities as well as Product Development activities with sales activities.
- Coordinate activities associated with organization participation at tradeshows or events.
