We need a Hospital Administrator for Usman Memorial Hospital.

Qualification: MBBS (MBA would be preferred), Hospital Administration and Project Management Courses.

Experience: At least 12 – 15 years of hospital administration with 3 – 4 years in leading role. Skills: Good project management, administration, problem solving, decision making, ability to deal with stressful situations and proficiency in MS Office.

Main Responsibilities: To support excellent medical care at a broader level by coordinating all physical, human and financial aspects of the hospital towards achieving quality patient care. Day-to-day operations of the hospital and ensure the safety of patients. To make certain that medical, admin and financial policies are strictly followed. To act as a liaison among governing board, medical staff and departmental heads. To prepare the master project schedule and ensure that timelines are met. To determine, implement, monitor, review and evaluate human resource management strategies, policies and plans to meet business needs.
