Education & Work Experience: Bachelors in Human Resource with 1-2 years’ work experience in a similar role

 

KSA’s: Communication & Interpersonal Skills | Friendly and Professional demeanor | Discretion and Diplomacy | Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks | Ability to stay calm and tactful under pressure and conflicting demands | Ability to operate office equipment (computer, fax, copier, scanner, etc.) |

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Human Resource 

  • Screening resumes and scheduling interviews of the applicants
  • To Collect documents from employees as per standard checklist
  • To maintain physical and digital personnel records

 Administration 

  • To make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • To liaise with external partners for printing of visiting cards, employee cards etc.
  • To arrange a workplace for the newly appointed employees
  • To arrange equipment such as telephone, computer/laptop, and email account for the newly appointed employees
  • To make sure the equipment is set up and access to necessary systems have been provided
