Job Description:

-Development of site standards related to HR processes in the Employee Services area.

-Development of automated budget sheets and trackers (macro enabled) for all site HR budgets

-Design and development of transport application as well as tracker to automate the process instead of daily manual intervention

-Development of ER standards and manuals for the site

-Development of contractor processes and standards

-Recent Engineering graduate from NUST, NED or any reputable university (2019/2020 graduating batches)

-Good with excel, macros, and coding and writing proposals/processes

-Go getter, ability to follow instructions, creative and analytical mindset
