Description
Primehr is looking for HR Coordinator for one of reputable client.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinating and supporting Regional HR Team in Dubai with regard to various HR functions.
Identifying, Developing & Executing various training plans & team building activities for staff.
Coordinating along with the Regional HR Team with different recruitment consultants for recruitments.
Ensuring proper filing, managing attendance and leave records.
Dealing with insurance companies for medical insurance requirements.
Addressing various requests from associates like certificates, NOC and all different kind of letters.
Required skills:
Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing) in English.
Ability to coordinate and follow-up on various activities.
Good understanding of standard HR practices and policy frameworks.
Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and willingness to work in a challenging work environment.
Desired knowledge & experience:
Graduate/ Post-Graduate with specialization in HR.
2-4 years of relevant experience in Multinational Corporation
Location: DHA,Karachi
