Primehr is looking for HR Coordinator for one of reputable client.

Key responsibilities:
 Coordinating and supporting Regional HR Team in Dubai with regard to various HR functions.
 Identifying, Developing & Executing various training plans & team building activities for staff.
 Coordinating along with the Regional HR Team with different recruitment consultants for recruitments.
 Ensuring proper filing, managing attendance and leave records.
 Dealing with insurance companies for medical insurance requirements.
 Addressing various requests from associates like certificates, NOC and all different kind of letters.

Required skills:
 Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing) in English.
 Ability to coordinate and follow-up on various activities.
 Good understanding of standard HR practices and policy frameworks.
 Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and willingness to work in a challenging work environment.

Desired knowledge & experience:
 Graduate/ Post-Graduate with specialization in HR.
 2-4 years of relevant experience in Multinational Corporation
