*Creating Pool of Candidates
*Job Postings
*Shortlisting candidates
*Negotiations
*Payroll Management
*Letters Drafting
*Hand on experience on MS Office (I-e Word, PPT and Excel)
Required Skills:
*BBA(Hons) or MBA HR (From a reputable university)
*Must have min 1.5 years of HR/Recruitment Experience
*Can be able to work under pressure
*Able to manage stress
*Have strong negotiation /persuasive skills
