Description
In search of an HR Executive (in Karachi) for a generalist role, managing recruitment process, employee relations, training and development, day-to-day management of HR operations, handling matters of SESSI, PESSI and EOBI, and assisting in the payroll process.
Skills And Competencies
Candidate must be MBA with majors in HR, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (preferably related to payroll).
Strong knowledge of current trends, issues, tools and approaches to peoples management.
Should have excellent communication skills
