HR Generalist

Deploy Pvt Limited is looking a resource who has excellent communication skills to deal the international project of Payroll and employee management. One who has exposure to work with international client will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities
• Administer compensation and benefit plans
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Undertake tasks in performance management
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Requirements:
• Proven experience as HR Generalist
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
• Additional HR training will be a plus
Education: MBA with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
