Description
Actively looking for an HR Manager for a pharmaceutical firm to be based in SITE, Karachi. Eligibility: Masters with 5 - 7 years' experience
Responsibilities:
- Hiring of Labour / Lower Management Staff
- Development of SOPs for Non-management employees and implementation of the same.
- System of hiring / appointing as well as system for factory and office work schedule to be developed.
- Should have HR management experience in a pharmaceutical company. Can also interact with relevant outside agencies such as SESSI, EBOI, Labour, Drug Regulatory Agencies etc and sort out the mutual issues independently with them.
