Job Summary:
Develop and implement the HR strategy
To contribute timely on automation of existing procedures and purpose changes where needed.
To present HR Dashboard reports on monthly basis to senior management.
To provide guidance, support and on job training (HR related) to team.
To process, vet and provide timely input on all employee related cases of extension, buyback, FSA, resignation etc.
Be responsible for all HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, Compensation &Benefit, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and process any other HR related issues).
To facilitate as a mediator when required to try and resolve employee grievances.
Overseeing the day to day management of the recruitment process, including reviewing job descriptions, website advertising, updating of the company resource plan, sifting and selection of CV’s, attending interviews (if required).
