looking for "HR Manager Continuous Process Improvement" for our client to based in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi .Key Responsibilities; The manager will provide leadership in coordinating, assessing, developing & communicating plans based on a risk analysis of Operations. The position holder will liaise between the different functional units of the Services Department to ensure high quality operational performance for external and internal customers The person will play a crucial role in ensuring existing SOP’s are clear & well communicated and then properly implemented. Where it is identified that no SOP’s or inadequate SOP’s exist they will create such SOP’s in consultation with relevant SBU’s and thereafter ensure their effective communication & Implementation.
