Daraz.pk is looking for a HR Officer for its Warehouse based in Korangi, Karachi.
Job Description
Recruitment & Selection
• Facilitate with the recruitment process for operator level hiring.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with respective managers.
• Prepare offer letters and contracts of new employees.
Employee Relations:
• Responsible for attendance and leave management.
• Complete the onboarding process.
• Monitor and ensure relationship between employer and employees.
• Facilitate with all employee requests.
Compensation & Benefits
• Submit all information related to induction, resignations and other payroll input to the Payroll Manager.
• Manage all medical claims and hospitalization queries.
• Ensure employees are off-boarded employees on IT, Finance and HR Systems.
