Job description :
Handling recruitment processes (Candidate search, shortlisting and scheduling, interviewing and on boarding).
Conduct Hiring Process (filing Joining Pack, Back Hand Check and bank account opening data providing)
Process Payroll
Final Settlements and clearance
Conduct Exit Interviews
Responsible for bank Account opening
Taking care of employee health insurance.
EOBI and Social Security registrations
Providing support on disciplinary, grievance issues Employee relation etc.
