One of the leading kids retail brand Bachaa Party is looking for a candidate for the position of HR Officer on an immediate basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in recruiting the right candidate for Retail Stores.
- Maintain talent pool for all key positions.
-Manage the whole employee onboarding cycle.
- Day to day reporting of recruitment to the line manager
- Coordinate with stores and resolve day-to-day operations issues
- Ensure Execution & Compliance with HR policies
- Assist in the training session as and when required.
- Maintain all essential data in the system and on excel sheets.
-Daily other tasks as required by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Education: HRM/BBA in HR.
- Experience: Min 1 to 2 years in a similar capacity, Must have retail experience
- Retail Industry preferred.
-Computer literate: Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and HR Software.
- Flexible in timings and traveling.

- Plot # 25-C/2, Sector - 5, Korangi Industrial Area, Main Causeway, Near Driving License Office Korangi, Karachi.
