Please note that this is a project driven role in a fast-paced and rigorous work environment. You will be expected to learn quickly, adapt and become integral part of the project teams. You will be actively involved in our compensation and benefits surveys. Position: (2) Consultant (Rewards & Advisory) - 2 years of experience HR Associate (Rewards & Advisory) - 0 - 1 year of experience Ideal candidate should have: Passion for numbers and the ability to draw inferences Excellent communication skills The ability to work on tight timelines A self-driven attitude The ability to adapt and learn quickly Experience: Experience in compensation & benefits, preferably with an established organization. Hands-on experience of compensation surveys will be a plus. Education: Bachelors/Masters from a reputed university Skills: Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (experience with handling data sets or developing financial or data models will be a plus) Good communication skills both written and verbal Analytical skills Interested candidates email your resume
