Description
Import and Clearance Executive is required in Karachi for a Power Generation Company. Eligibility: Graduate / MBA with 1 to 2 years of experience The job role is to manage import responsibilities according to set deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the import and clearance processes in a cost-effective way with specific Emphasis on imports – including all related tasks.
- Assist the management with financial duties regarding import processes in an effective and responsible way as well as the daily running processes.
- Manage import responsibilities according to set deadlines.
- Effective negotiation of duties and terms for imports and clearance.
- Provide professional, efficient advice and/or communications to the organization with regard to tariffs, duties, restrictions and permits
- Knowledge of freights, custom duties, tariffs NOCs and permits.
