Client: Multinational FMCG Manufacturing Industry
Location: Karachi (Port Qasim)

-Coordinate with vendors for proforma invoice, when needed to enhance the existing BC/LC amount or for the issuance of new BC/LC.

-Following up with bank against BC/LC requests and then sharing BC/LC with vendors.

-Following up with local & foreign vendors for complete shipping documents for arrival of the delivery

-Process EPRF for Customs duties & taxes and follow-up with
bank for timely release of pay orders.

-Preparing Insurance memo, IT exemption certificate & Inbound against each consignment and sharing it with IFS.

-Tracking of Original documents, making sure that IFS should get original documents before the consignment arrival to port/Airport.

-Sharing Inbound with Warehouse team/Agility team required for offloading purpose.

-Submitting manual payment packets to bank.

-Timely filing and archiving of all the imports documents
