Location: Karachi (Clifton)

Details:

-Documentation and processing of all Import related Bank Contracts including

-New/amendments/correction/endorsement of documents

-Processing of Letter of Credit/ open account payments etc

-Clearing of all open items related to Bank Contract/Letter of Credit

-Coordination with Business to provide AP doc for executing Dummy run

-Advice Treasury Associate/TBO for arrangement of funds for all import related payments

-Banking correspondence related to Imports

-Direct Payments to import vendors

-Maintaining Payment Tracking system

-Timely updating of LC Register

-Payments from Bank

-Preparation of all Inter Bank Transfers via Bankers -Cheque/Manual/Post Dated Cheques.

-Changes in authorized signatories (documentation to be formalized and sent across to commercial banks as per local regulations and BOD approval)
