Master Group of Industries is looking for an INNOVATIONS ASSOCIATE for Karachi. 

Job Description: • Promote innovations to support civil society through activities that test, pilot and implement innovative concepts. • Developing and implementing socially innovative business models. • Taking a human centered approach for designing and implementing business models. • Engaging stake holders to develop business models that provide solutions to small entrepreneurs for their business needs. • Scout unusual and high potential impact ideas and opportunities and then link these with academia, media, youth networks, financial institutions towards solving development challenges. • After development, marketing of the developed product in mass market and arrangement of financing to individuals. Job Requirements: • Possess at least a Master’s degree in business. • Possess degree/certification in industrial design and engineering. • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience preferably within the field of innovation or social entrepreneurship.
