Jaffer Business Systems (Private) Limited is required iPad Support Engineer with the following requirement:

• Age Limit: Between 35 to 40
• Education: BSCS or BCS or BE
• Experience: 2 years for supporting iPad, iPhone.
• Job responsibility as follows:
o Management of Apple ID including creation, change and termination
o Initialize iPad operating system
o Support standard pre-installed applications
o Assist users to setup their accounts and complete device configuration by following specific requirement
o Follow Company process to retrieve iPad and manage accordingly in case of employee resignation
o Do break/fix support
o Assist users to complete the iPad's lost or damage process according to Company policy
o Manage the in-scope iPad, which includes stock and usage status queries
o Update the asset status in asset management tracker when the in-scope iPad for ownership change
o Follow Company policy to complete the disposal process when the in-scope iPad are to be disposed
o Provide required documents to audit department when the in-scope iPad are to be audited
