Looking to hire IT Analyst Help-desk (Shift based) –Information Technology based in Karachi. Candidate should have Masters or Bachelor’s degree in IT related field. The incumbent should be willing to work in shifts on roster basis. The incumbent should have minimum 2 years of progressive experience of managing IT help-desk. Able to support the troubleshooting of desktop computer, laptops, printers, multimedia, and cell phones, troubleshooting of network connection problems, IT support on special meetings and events.
