JOB TITLE: IT Assistant
LOCATION: Head Office
POSITION: Permanent
EXPERIENCE: minimum 3 years
JOB PURPOSE: 1. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration 2. Setting up new users' accounts and profile and dealing with password issues. 3. Perform daily administration of Antivirus, proxy server and virtual LAN activity 4. Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications 5. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks 6. Talking to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues 7. Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration 8. Perform maintenance activities
