Description
Burque Corporation (Pvt.) Limited is looking for “IT Support Executive” based in Karachi. Ideal candidate must have at least 03 - 04 years of relevant experience.
Qualification: Bachelors in IT/Computer Science
Salary: 35,000 – 45,000
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing support to the Senior Management as well as C-Level support.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Responsible for coordinating with vendors for hardware related issues.
• Ensure proper installation and updating of antivirus and anti-malware software on end-user equipment.
• Manage day-to-day service delivery problems and work on special projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
