"Junior Manager HR / Finance" required in Karachi for one of the leading Multinational FMCG Company.
Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in Finance/ HR
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Responsibilities:

Responsible for carrying out comparative analysis of different heads and assisting WPS head in methods for reduction in the expenditures
Responsible for carrying our cost benefit analysis of various CAPEX projects
Responsible for saving initiatives, data reporting savings on monthly basis ( if any ) with the region and tracking the same each month
Assist in ZBB exercise across Pakistan which involves Budget preparations, its allocation and apportionment for complete HR
Assist in monthly closing activity; cross charge/ accruals / reconciliations of heads / wrong posting
Assist in making monthly review reports of budgets vs actualization for complete HR
Assist in tracking the factory OPEX on monthly basis and help the extended teams in maintaining their targets
Assist in managing all global projects and policies locally
Responsible for departmental audit (HO/Branch/Factory/Travel Desk) regarding actual vs budget spent
Responsible for petty cash audit ( HO / Branch )
Compiling the comprehensive budget report each from all sites and sharing with the WPS head, highlighting key areas of concern in effective utilization
Compiling the vendor management data across Pakistan and sharing with WPS head, highlighting any discrepancies if observed
Responsible for all 3P related payments, their payment cycles, invoice receiving and processing
Responsible for all office lease agreements, carrying out payment on time
