Career Opportunity - Karachi Leadership Development Manager A Leadership Development Manager will help employees advance their skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Create and execute learning strategies and programs - Evaluate individual and organizational development needs - Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) - Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings - Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities - Help managers develop their team members through career pathing - Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists Qualification and/or Experience: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from reputable college or university; and/or 05 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Excellent communication skills are essential. - Should have experience designing e-learning courses and managing budgets - Train-the-Trainer Certified Kindly email your resume and Please mention the position title in the subject line.
