Description
Looking for Learning and Development Officer. Minimum Qualification and Experience: Master(HR) from a reputable university and must have 3 to 5 years’ experience in Learning and Development. Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis and develop content accordingly, design and expand training &development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual, plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development program, produce training materials for in-house courses & etc. Should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written & presentation skills.
