Urgently looking for Manager Training & OD at M&P Express Logistics Head Office (Karachi).

Job Responsibilities:

Training
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify Gaps and possible corrective measures
• Develop and deliver Training programs/Modules and prepare and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other learning materials
• Design & Deploy post-training evaluation
• Preparation and execution of Training Calendars
• Manage the design and development of a cost-effective and innovative training curriculum
• Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required

Organization Development

• Preparation and Review of Job Descriptions, Key Deliverable's of all positions and regular upgrading
• Reviewing and enhancing HR procedures, processes and policies on an on-going basis to meet requirements
• Establish performance driven culture within Organization, development and monitoring of agreed KPIs/Objectives
• Conduct transparent periodic (Quarterly/Semi-Annually/Annual) Performance Evaluation
• Assist HR Head in succession planning of key position.
