Description

EY Ford Rhodes is looking to hire a Manager in our Transaction Advisory Services Department for their Mergers & Acquisitions practice.

Location - Karachi

Requirements:

• Providing valuations and financial analysis through detailed financial models

• Developing detailed reports

• Project management, due diligence and client interaction

• Development of detailed technical proposals for transaction origination

• Creating management presentations, teasers, pitch books, etc.

• Liaise with external counter parties (lawyers, sponsors, accountants, etc.)

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelors/Masters or CA/ACCA qualified and pursuing CFA Charter - Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience of Corporate Finance, Professional Services, Debt Capital Markets or Research at an investment bank, advisory or professional services firm.
