Description
Manager Admin Operations is required in Rahim Yar Khan for a leading FMCG Company.
Eligibility: Bachelors / Masters with 6 to 8 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for upkeep of Factory and Estate Premises.
- Responsible for Facility Management including Canteen across Estate and Factory Premises
- Responsible for maintaining pool vehicle fleet as per company policy
- Responsible for Repair and Maintenance in consultation with Factory Engineer.
- Responsible for Staff/Management accommodation at RYK Estate including Allotment in line with company policy
- Preparation and forecast of annual budget both OPEX and CAPEX for Factory and Estate.
- Review monthly/quarterly budget reports and carry out reconciliation in consultation with finance and WPS HO finance.
- Responsible for departmental audit (Factory and Estate) regarding actual vs budget spent
- Responsible for audit reports to department head on re-current basis.
- Responsible for maintaining harmony between WPS and Factory HR and bringing one-ness in the team.
