Description

Manager Admin Operations is required in Rahim Yar Khan for a leading FMCG Company.

Eligibility: Bachelors / Masters with 6 to 8 years of experience 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for upkeep of Factory and Estate Premises.
  • Responsible for Facility Management including Canteen across Estate and Factory Premises
  • Responsible for maintaining pool vehicle fleet as per company policy
  • Responsible for Repair and Maintenance in consultation with Factory Engineer.
  • Responsible for Staff/Management accommodation at RYK Estate including Allotment in line with company policy
  • Preparation and forecast of annual budget both OPEX and CAPEX for Factory and Estate.
  • Review monthly/quarterly budget reports and carry out reconciliation in consultation with finance and WPS HO finance.
  • Responsible for departmental audit (Factory and Estate) regarding actual vs budget spent
  • Responsible for audit reports to department head on re-current basis.
  • Responsible for maintaining harmony between WPS and Factory HR and bringing one-ness in the team.
  • liaison with Govt Authorities, District administration etc
