Our client is a renowned production house (PSX Listed firm), based in Lahore. They are looking for Manager/Head of HR. The position will report to COO.

This is a Hard-Core HR and culture Rejuvenation job where routine Bossy processes and operations are not required. We are looking for minds with new thoughts and ideas. Someone who can jump in the pool and teach everyone how to swim.

Candidate must have rich experience with companies doing business on retail consumption e.g. FMCG, Pharmaceutical etc.
Age: Not more than 45 years

QUALIFICATION:
Masters in HR Management from an institution of top repute. Additional qualifications/certifications would be a plus.

EXPERIENCE:
+10 years of experience in leading HR function with a manufacturing house having large sales teams. Candidates having achieved accolades in OD, Performance Management and Strategic HR Management shall be preferred. Candidates coming from FMCG industry shall be preferred.
