Manager HSE
Location: Karachi
Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in oil and gas, chemical or fertilizer industry with at least 5 years as Head of HSE in a large organization preferably with multiple locations. Should have experience of implementing and/or enforcing IMS (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001), NEQs, HSE Best Practices, and HAZOP etc.
Education: B.E Chemical discipline with professional certifications in HSE, Occupational Health Management, HAZOP and IMS.

Description
Presentation and participation in the HSE Committee to discuss and determine way forward on the Site HSE Improvement on an on-going basis.
Participate and conduct incident investigations and IRRC
Preparation of HSE Yearly Objectives, Budget Preparation, Budget EORs, review of reports, incident analysis, preparation of various packages of meetings.
Ensure compliance of core HSE Policies (HSE Policy, Cardinal rules, non-smoking & no facial hair policy provide guidance to units and departments for compliance.
Steward ISO-14001, ISO-45001 and 9001:2008 management system
Review of HSE Reports (D-Level, B-Level, & House Keeping, Work Permit Audit, LOTOTO Report etc.)
